Those BSGers Really Get Around - Dualla is back in "Children of the Corn"

First we've got Jamie Bamber running around spreading his sexy all over Law & Order: UK, then hitting us again with a guest star spot on the season premiere of Dollhouse alongside Tehmoh Penikett.

Now we're hit with another shot of BSG awesome as Dualla (Kandyse McClure) stars in a SyFy remake of Steven King's "Children of the Corn".

When I first glanced at this TWOP article I completely goofed, seeing the name Dualla and Anders used in the same sentence I came to the very logical conclusion that Michael Trucco would also be starring. Then I actually *read* the article and felt a bit cheated.

On DVD: Kings

When the first season of Kings ended we already knew it was the last. This brilliant reimagining of the biblical David and Saul story in a modern setting was cancelled early into its run. You can now catch this unique storyverse, beautiful aesthetics and engaging story on DVD, just prepare to have your heart broken as you finish the discs as we won't be getting a second season.

Kings stars Ian McShane as King Silas Benjamin (biblical King Saul) and Christopher Egan as Capt. David Sheppard.

Slate's David Plotz writes "The Death of Kings: Why you should be sorry you never watched NBC's biblical drama" looking back on the series looking towards the DVD this coming Tuesday (September 29).

Joss Whedon interview on TWOP: Dollhouse

TWOP's Zach Oat interviews Joss Whedon about Dollhouse, the past season, the present and the future. Joss discusses the changing nature of the television industry, working with his favourite actors, and how much he loves his fans (of whom he all expects to buy a DVD, then some for their friends...)

Highlights from the interview:
Joss on guest stars "It's a death match between Firefly and Battlestar and which of them is going to get all their people."

Joss on his loyal fans
"I love each and every one of you very much, possibly inappropriately."

A New TV Blog

I know, aren't there enough of these already?

I'm no couch potato, this being said, I absolutely and sincerely consider television to be a legitimate hobby, and it is one of my favourites. This hobby means loving the medium, loving what I get, and enjoying discussing, nerding and obsessing over shows, plot lines, actors and characters alike.

After spending a great deal of time reading fantastic articles all the internet (and relentlessly filling my friends' inboxs with links to my fave's) I've decided to create a blog to share my favourite current (and perhaps out of date, but particularly awesome and relevent) tv articles with all of you.

Please, enjoy and feel free to criticize (constructively) and praise and add your own links in the comments section, because this is what TV geekery is all about.

xoxo
